- House built in 1925/6 and purchased by Alpha Gam in 1930.
- Alpha Gamma Delta still owns the house. It was previously leased to UCLA for student housing. UCLA tried to buy it from Alpha Gam but we would not sell (3 other sorority houses on Hilgard were purchased by UCLA - ZTA, SK, and DZ - all 3 have been torn down to make way for new student housing). When the school's lease expires UCLA did not renew and the house is currently empty.
- Alpha Gamma Delta still owns this property.
- Another California chapter of Alpha Gam uses the house for their sisterhood retreats :)
- Chapter Installed 5.23.1925
- Chapter Inactive but recolonizing Fall 2013.

Hello Brooke. I have some updates for the DE house at UCLA. I'm the current caretaker of the property as UCLA has not leased the house for several years. We are a special event/retreat venue and would love to get the word out. Let's chat sometime. No need to post this... I'll just help you get the info current. Thanks.
