• Founded as local sorority, Delta Epsilon Phi, in February 1917, with the sole intent of becoming a chapter of Alpha Gam.
• DEPhi lived at 1103 W. Oregon St., Urbana (now Blue's BBQ)
• For several yars, Alpha Gamma Delta rented a house at 807 W. Oregon, Urbana (now an apartment building)
• In 1923 they bought a house at 806 S. Fifth Street, Champaign, and they lived there until April 1928, when they moved to their new home at 1106 S. Lincoln.
